Hippocrates said, "Let food be thy medicine," and I agree that diet can be either healing or harmful to our health. Yet our diet is not the only factor in wellness. Even a healthy, well balanced diet can't compete with high levels of stress, poor sleep, and/or environmental toxins. Let's work on our body, mind and spirit to achieve permanent remission.
